Practical guidance for operating a reliable marketplace store.

1. Build complete product listings

• Use a clear product name, accurate description, category, SKU, current price and stock count.
• Upload clean product images you own or are authorised to use. Do not list counterfeit or prohibited goods.
• Keep stock accurate and update prices before joining a promotion.

2. Process orders on time

• Check the vendor dashboard daily and package the exact product ordered.
• Do not mark an order fulfilled until it has actually been handed to the delivery provider.
• Use the order tracking fields after a carrier supplies a tracking number.

3. Handle returns fairly

• Respond promptly to return, damaged-item and missing-item requests.
• Keep photos and dispatch records when needed to resolve disputes.
• Refunds must be processed through the original payment method or an authorised manual process; changing a ticket status alone does not issue money.

4. Promotions and store health

• Use WooCommerce sale prices and approved coupons for genuine promotions.
• Monitor cancellation and product-review indicators in Seller Performance.
• Use holiday mode when you cannot fulfil new orders.
